职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. Assist HR manager with implementing and following through the HR strategies, targets and activity plans in full spectrum of human resource
2. Supervise and support other HR member's daily work.
3. Implement the relevant policies and procedures, routine correspondence and report in the assigned job area and support other team members, review and update HR related policies and processes to correspond with business needs and legal requirements accordingly.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, Major in HR, English, and Business Administration is preferred
2. 3-5 years working experience of HR in MNC
3. Rich knowledge and solutions development experience on a wide range of human resource related function, especially in Staffing and C & B
4. Open-minded , energetic, self starter, quick Learner, able to work under pressure
5. Fluent in both spoken and written English
6. Excellent communications skills with different levels of the organization
