Main Responsibilities:
-Based on the marketing and sales information with the best-updated production plan, collaborate with the Raw Material suppliers to defining the availability of good quality materials on time and in full. Plan, monitor and control all materials in stock to ensure smooth and no fire-fighting productions.
-Raise purchase orders to production related material suppliers according to requirement with all necessary and sufficient “correct” information, and follow up till the ordered material arrives at stock.
-Update, keep logs of and manage all records and specifications of materials, supplier’s batch, quantity, quality and delivery information on MFG Pro system.
-Assist line manager to develop and update purchasing plan and schedule according to production status. Keep developing and negotiating with new suppliers，cooperate with the best-qualified one to minimize materials’ cost.
-Responsible for customs declaration for goods in time. Keep close relationship with the customs and forwarders and ensure import and export goods smoothly
-Perform imported production equipments，spare parts and other imported goods contracts and declare customs for all the goods in time.
-Organize monthly stock to take activities, study the inventory levels and come up with actions for optimal inventory control.
-Manage the warehouse .
-Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications:
-College degree or above, over 5 years material planning and inventory control experience in manufacturing environment;
-Practical ERP system operation experience and good planning & inventory control concept, QAD is preferred
-Familiar with warehouse management
-Good command in communication skill
-Dedicated and enthusiastic
-Good English skills, both oral and written;
-Strong PC and systems skilled.
